17 September 2024 Russian falcon diplomacy: birds bringing people together at EEF Qatar joined the Framework Declaration of Intent on the Conservation of the Gyrfalcon Population during the second Falcon Day International Forum. India’s accession to the Declaration is also under consideration following an Indian delegation’s participation in the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024. In addition, Saudi Arabia has announced its willingness to accede to the document. Representatives of the Saudi Ministry of Internal Affairs announced plans to replenish the breeding stock of the Kamchatka Falcon Centre and present Russia with the first pair of gyrfalcons to preserve biodiversity.

If you received an invitation or your application to attend a Roscongress Foundation event in 2020 (Russia House in Davos, Russian Investment Forum, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum) was approved by the relevant Organizing Committee, you can simply submit an application to participate in EEF 2020 through your Roscongress personal account, as your personal account has already been created. Start off by accessing the ‘Events’ section of your account. In the ‘Upcoming’ section, select the Eastern Economic Forum from the list of events and then select the ‘Registration’ section. The application will automatically insert the data from your account profile.

Please review the passport data in your participation application carefully. If any of your data has changed since you have registered your account, please update those data points in your participation application. Please complete any empty fields and press the ‘Save’ button.

If you have not submitted an application to attend a Roscongress Foundation event in 2020 (Russia House in Davos, Russian Investment Forum, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum), you must apply through the participation application on the EEF 2020 website. Sometime after you have submitted your application, an email containing your login and password information for your Roscongress personal account will be sent to the email you provided in the application.
