Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Ekkaphab Phanthavong met with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to ASEAN Evgeny Zagaynov at the ASEAN Secretariat today. They exchanged views on Russia’s support to the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community programmes for the health sector, disaster management, and people-to-people engagement.
