UEM Edgenta Reinforces Commitment to Sarawak’s Infrastructure with Batang Lupar Bridge

Source: Media Outreach

Behind the completed structure linking Sebuyau to Triso lies the true story of the Batang Lupar 1 Bridge – a story of the quiet, relentless engineering determination that brought it to life. Spearheaded by Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak (JKR Sarawak) as the project’s principal team lead, delivering a mega-structure across one of the state’s most formidable rivers demanded an extraordinary level of technical governance. Working in close partnership with JKR Sarawak, UEM Edgenta provided the critical project management and technical oversight necessary to execute this ambitious vision safely and efficiently.

Spanning an immense 4.844 kilometers across the Batang Lupar estuary, this cable-stayed bridge crosses a major geographic barrier that has historically isolated coastal communities. The bridge forms part of the CSTR network, comprising 14 major bridges, including five (5) distinctive cable-stayed structures that have become icons of Sarawak’s infrastructure development. Constructing a structure of this scale requires driving deep foundation piles into complex riverbed soils and managing hundreds of thousands of metric tons of materials. As the PMC, UEM Edgenta was tasked with the immense responsibility of navigating these challenges, which meant aligning multiple contractors, ensuring international quality and safety compliance, and keeping a massive multi-year timeline on track despite unpredictable environmental variables.

Shaiful Subhan, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UEM Edgenta, commented on the scale of this technical orchestration, “Bridging massive geographical divides requires an arrangement of immense technical capabilities. At UEM Edgenta, our infrastructure solutions are designed to handle precisely this level of complexity, ensuring that the structural integrity and project management of the Batang Lupar 1 Bridge meet the highest international safety and quality standards.”

To execute this, UEM Edgenta brought cutting-edge project management technology to the forefront. A project of this magnitude requires more than traditional oversight; it demands high digital precision to meet stringent specifications. By leveraging real-time construction analytics combined with drone-assisted site reporting, UEM Edgenta and the project teams maintained total visibility over the nearly five (5) kilometer span to conduct stringent quality assurance. This tech-driven governance ensured every component was fabricated and installed to exact specifications before it even reached the water.

Crucially, the Company’s role on the ground extends beyond immediate project delivery; by actively integrating local Sarawakian engineers and contractors into these advanced BIM and drone methodologies, the project serves as a live incubator for specialised knowledge transfer, elevating the state’s internal capacity to manage future marine mega-structures.

The challenges of the Batang Lupar project were not solely topographical or structural; they were fiercely environmental. The river is notoriously dynamic, featuring aggressive tidal bores and fast-flowing currents. More pressingly, the Batang Lupar Basin is the natural habitat for one of the densest populations of estuarine saltwater crocodiles in the region, infamously ingrained in local history through the legend of Bujang Senang. For UEM Edgenta, managing site safety meant rewriting the standard operational playbook. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) governance had to extend beyond typical heavy machinery protocols to include strict maritime safety measures, tidal monitoring, and specialised ecological awareness. Achieving milestone man-hours without major incident in a challenging riverine environment known for strong tidal bores and estuarine crocodile populations is a testament to the rigorous safety culture the Company enforces on the ground.

Ultimately, the engineering expertise invested in the Batang Lupar 1 Bridge is measured not only by the structure itself, but by the lasting impact it will have on the people and communities it connects. For decades, traveling between the coastal towns separated by this massive river meant relying on ferry services, a bottleneck that stifled local commerce and delayed emergency services. By successfully overseeing the bridging of this gap, UEM Edgenta is supporting the Sarawak State Government in the latter’s effort to close massive socio-economic divides. The bridge is expected to significantly reduce travel times, unlock new investment opportunities along the coastal belt, strengthen agricultural supply chains, and improve rural communities’ access to essential healthcare and education hubs.

With Sarawak Day recently commemorated, the timing of this launch carries profound weight. Raihana Ahmad, Managing Director of Infrastructure Solutions at UEM Edgenta, reflects on the project’s deeper meaning the project embodies. “This bridge is a physical manifestation of unity. For us at UEM Edgenta, overseeing this project was a national duty. In line with Sarawak Day, we are immensely proud to see how our engineering oversight has helped turn a concrete structure into a vital lifeline that will bring shared prosperity to our rural and coastal communities.”

These efforts were recently recognised with the IEM Pinnacle Award 2026 in the Engineering & Construction category, presented by the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) at its 67th Annual Dinner & Awards Night. The award acknowledges UEM Edgenta’s role as the PMC, working alongside JKR Sarawak in delivering this flagship project.

Batang Lupar 1 Bridge stands today not just as the longest river-crossing bridge in the nation, but as a towering symbol of state pride and economic sovereignty. Behind its majestic span is the rigorous technical expertise and governance, technological innovation, and unyielding safety standards of UEM Edgenta quietly driving the realisation of Sarawak’s greatest infrastructural aspirations.

Propelrr Adopts Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and AI-first Business Model to Scale 16 Years Of Operational Excellence

Source: Media Outreach

Award-winning Philippine digital marketing agency reinforces its proprietary growth framework with EOS to help finance, real estate, and ecommerce brands achieve sustainable business growth through greater operational discipline and experimentation.

MAKATI CITY, PHILIPPINES – Media OutReach Newswire – 27 July 2026 – As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms digital marketing, Philippine digital marketing agency Propelrr® has adopted the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) to strengthen the operational foundation behind its proprietary growth methodology, enabling the agency to deliver more consistent, measurable business outcomes as it scales.

Propelrr EOS AI-first business model 16 years operational excellence

The move marks a significant milestone as Propelrr celebrates 16 years of being a digital marketing agency, helping organizations across the finance, real estate, ecommerce, and enterprise sectors navigate digital transformation through data-driven marketing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

While AI has dramatically lowered the barriers to content creation, campaign management and audience targeting, many organizations continue to struggle with translating these technologies into sustained business performance. According to McKinsey & Company, although AI adoption has accelerated globally, only a relatively small proportion of organisations have successfully scaled AI initiatives to generate meaningful enterprise-wide value, highlighting that operational capabilities and not technology alone remain the defining factor for long-term success.

AI allows businesses to execute faster, but speed alone doesn’t guarantee growth,” said Francis Gary Viray, Founder of Propelrr®. “The organizations that will lead in the next decade are those that build systems for continuous learning, experimentation, and disciplined decision-making. That’s exactly what EOS helps us strengthen.

Addressing the Growth Challenges Businesses Face

Drawing from more than 16 years of client engagements across multiple industries, Propelrr identified three recurring growth challenges that organisations commonly encounter regardless of sector:

  • Trust-Based Growth, where businesses operating in highly regulated industries such as finance must balance compliance requirements with marketing performance.
  • Considered-Purchase Growth, where customers conduct extensive research before making purchase decisions, requiring brands to establish authority across search engines, AI platforms and digital touchpoints throughout the buyer journey.
  • Optimization-Led Growth, where sustained business performance depends on systematic experimentation, continuous testing and incremental improvements rather than isolated campaign successes.
These challenges form the basis of Propelrr’s proprietary Experimentation Program, Integrated Growth Approach and Propelrr Digital Marketing Framework®, which combine customer insights, data analytics, search visibility, paid media and continuous optimisation into a unified growth strategy.

Proven Results Across Industries

Propelrr’s methodology has delivered measurable outcomes for organisations operating in highly competitive industries.

For the Palawan Pawnshop Group, the agency developed paid media campaigns that balanced strict privacy and compliance requirements for finance industries with performance objectives, contributing to award-winning marketing campaigns recognised at the Marketing Excellence Awards.

For DMCI Homes, Propelrr implemented a search-first content strategy centred on the questions prospective buyers ask during the property research process, helping the developer achieve sustained organic visibility of more than 63,000 monthly organic sessions while strengthening discoverability across AI-powered search platforms.

Primary Homes achieved a 619% increase in branded traffic, a 712% increase in total website visitors, and doubled new lead generation following a research-led digital transformation programme, earning recognition at the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

Meanwhile, OSP International generated more than US$2 million in incremental sales after Propelrr tested 285 research-driven growth hypotheses through its Experimentation Program, resulting in conversion improvements of up to 78.12% and multiple international marketing awards.

Building Operational Excellence Through EOS

While Propelrr’s proprietary methodology has evolved over more than a decade, EOS introduces an additional layer of organisational discipline to ensure consistent execution across every client engagement.

The EOS framework establishes clear accountability through measurable scorecards, quarterly priorities, structured weekly leadership meetings and a shared organisational vision, enabling the agency to standardise decision-making while maintaining agility as it grows.

We’ve spent years refining how we help organizations grow,” said Mitchelle Viray, Co-Founder of Propelrr®. “EOS strengthens the operational discipline behind our methodology so clients receive the same level of accountability, consistency and execution regardless of the size or complexity of their engagement.

The adoption of EOS reflects Propelrr’s long-term commitment to building an organisation capable of delivering sustainable client outcomes amid rapidly evolving technologies, changing consumer behaviour and increasingly competitive digital markets.

As AI continues reshaping the marketing landscape, Propelrr believes the future belongs not simply to agencies with access to the latest technologies, but to those with the operational systems capable of consistently turning those technologies into measurable business growth.

Through this collaboration with NITORI, we hope to make supportive living solutions and sleep health awareness more accessible to communities nationwide.”

This collaboration reinforces Alpro’s long-term commitment to preventive healthcare by empowering Malaysians with better health awareness, early intervention, and healthier lifestyle habits. Mengniu’s Chinese Culture Pavilion Captivates the World at the FIFA World Cup

Source: Media Outreach

NEW YORK, US – Media OutReach Newswire – 24 July 2026 – On July 15 (EDT, GMT-4), the second semi-final of the 2026 FIFA World Cup took place in Atlanta. Meanwhile, outside New York New Jersey Stadium, the host venue for this year’s World Cup Final, Mengniu, as an Official Sponsor of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, unveiled a 400-square-meter Chinese Culture Pavilion created in collaboration with multiple partners. Using football as its bridge, the brand as its platform, and Chinese culture as its heart, the immersive pavilion seamlessly blended the passion of the beautiful game with the elegance of traditional Chinese aesthetics, presenting China’s stories to a global audience on one of the world’s greatest sporting stages.

Mengniu Traditional Chinese-style Cultural Pavilion

Mengniu’s Chinese Culture Pavilion Debuts at the FIFA World Cup, Showcasing Chinese Culture to the World

On the pitch, a single football captures the attention of billions. Beyond the stadium, civilizations come together through cultural exchange.

The Mengniu Chinese Culture Pavilion marks the first comprehensive international presentation of Beijing Central Axis since its inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and debuts at one of the world’s premier sporting events. Inspired by the architectural aesthetics of traditional Chinese architecture and the spatial order of Beijing Central Axis, the pavilion follows a symmetrical layout centered on a principal axis. At its entrance stands the monumental painting Magnificent Central Axis, offering a panoramic bird’s-eye view of Beijing’s historic Central Axis while conveying, through artistic expression, the Eastern philosophy and cultural values it embodies. As visitors explore the pavilion, football fans from around the world pause to experience its interactive exhibits, immersing themselves in the richness of Chinese traditional culture. Standing outside New York New Jersey Stadium, the pavilion continues to tell vivid, contemporary stories of China to a global audience.

Beyond Football: Mengniu Elevates Cultural Exchange on the World Cup Stage

For Mengniu, building a Chinese Culture Pavilion at this FIFA World Cup reflects a deeper understanding of the powerful connection between sport and cultural exchange. Mengniu believes that the FIFA World Cup is not only the pinnacle of football competition but also a global platform where diverse civilizations meet, connect, and learn from one another. As an Official Sponsor of the 2026 FIFA World Cup from China, Mengniu sees it as both an opportunity and a responsibility to share China’s stories and showcase the richness of Chinese civilization with audiences worldwide. This commitment extends beyond football. During the Paris Summer Olympic Games and the Milan Winter Olympic Games, Mengniu, as a Worldwide Olympic Partner (TOP), continuously hosted its signature “China Night” events, integrating Chinese culture into the narrative of the world’s most prestigious sporting competitions.

Mengniu Traditional Chinese-style Cultural Pavilion

Beyond a Pavilion: Mengniu’s Multi-Dimensional Presence at the FIFA World Cup

As an Official Sponsor of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Mengniu’s presence extends far beyond traditional brand visibility. Its participation represents a comprehensive global strategy that integrates products, brand values, and corporate social responsibility.

On the product front, Mengniu Ice Cream has officially become the Official Ice Cream of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Mengniu Ice Cream is available at all tournament venues and has simultaneously expanded into 11 major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles and New York. By bringing world-class-quality products to international consumers, Mengniu continues to strengthen the commercial foundation for its global growth.

At the brand level, together with global brand ambassadors Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Lamine Yamal, Mengniu brings its corporate spirit, “Born for Greatness,” to life on football’s biggest stage. The company has also partnered with Hisense to launch a series of coordinated Chinese-character pitch-side advertising campaigns during the tournament. Moving beyond individual brand promotion, the two companies present a united expression of Chinese brands, confidently demonstrating the growing global influence of Chinese enterprises.

In terms of corporate social responsibility, Mengniu not only brings Chinese culture to the international stage but also demonstrates the commitment of a responsible Chinese enterprise through meaningful public initiatives. At the opening match of this year’s FIFA World Cup, six teenage footballers from Inner Mongolia were selected by Mengniu to escort the FIFA flag onto the field, creating an inspiring example of how businesses can promote youth football development while fulfilling their social responsibilities.

From a glass of milk on store shelves to a cultural journey within the pavilion, Mengniu’s World Cup presence reflects the remarkable evolution of Chinese enterprises on the global stage. Looking ahead, Mengniu will continue to leverage the world’s premier sporting events to advance health, boost brand power, strengthen global presence, and fulfill social responsibilities, contributing the strength of China’s dairy industry to sharing China’s stories and showcasing the enduring appeal of Chinese civilization with the world.

Breaking the Bed Bug Control Industry Bottleneck: Nobedbugs-HK Redefines Global Bed Bug Eradication Standards with Proprietary Technology

Source: Media Outreach

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 24 July 2026 – Against the backdrop of surging global mobility and expanding business travel sectors, densely populated urban residential blocks and commercial buildings have sprung up worldwide. The cross-regional spread and rampant breeding of bed bugs have escalated into a transnational public health concern disrupting residents’ daily lives and commercial operations. Plagued by longstanding technical limitations and rampant service irregularities within the pest control sector, Hong Kong’s professional bed bug eradication brand Nobedbugs-HK has emerged as a global industry benchmark through self-developed technologies and over 10,000 verified service cases. Featured extensively in authoritative special reports, the brand delivers a one-stop, long-lasting professional bed bug treatment solution for households and commercial clients worldwide, boasting a 100% eradication success rate powered by its proprietary thermal treatment technology and custom pest control formulations.

Targeting Limitations of Conventional Practices: Nobedbugs-HK Engineers Precision-Driven Bed Bug Remediation Solutions

The pest control industry is marked by uneven entry barriers. Most traditional exterminators rely solely on chemical sprays, which only eliminate surface bed bugs. Eggs and nymphs concealed within wall crevices and furniture remain untouched, failing to resolve infestations at their source and leading to frequent recurrences. This superficial treatment model has triggered a steady stream of consumer complaints and dissatisfaction. Compounding the issue, many pest control firms lack the technical expertise and field experience to address tight spaces or cluttered environments, creating treatment blind spots that compromise eradication efficacy and introduce potential safety hazards during operations.

Contrary to the industry’s prevalent profit-driven, perfunctory service model that overpromises underdelivers, Nobedbugs-HK upholds its founding mission of sharing technical expertise to advance the entire sector. Its team regularly conducts technical seminars and exchange programs for property management, hospitality and pest control practitioners across multiple countries and regions. These sessions elaborate on bed bug breeding triggers, transmission pathways, scientific eradication methodologies and routine prevention protocols. The global pest control industry has long grappled with stagnant technology and outdated operational standards. Nobedbugs-HK’s cross-border knowledge exchange initiatives bridge regional technical gaps, steering the industry away from crude, slipshod treatment protocols toward rigorous, science-led remediation. These global outreach efforts have also equipped the brand with an extensive international perspective and cross-jurisdictional service expertise.

Driven by proprietary technological innovation and a global operational vision, Nobedbugs-HK has built its market footprint and sterling professional reputation through consistent, reliable eradication results. Its technological breakthroughs and contributions to the industry have garnered coverage from leading international media outlets. This authoritative global recognition underscores overseas markets’ high regard for Hong Kong’s pest control innovations and validates the city-developed bed bug treatment framework as a benchmark for global adoption.

Self-Developed Thermal Treatment Technology Boosts Bed Bug Remediation Efficiency in High-Rise Buildings

Bed bug control in high-rise structures remains a longstanding technical challenge plaguing pest control professionals worldwide. Conventional extermination methods are only viable for low-rise or open-plan spaces and prove ineffective against the complex structural layouts of high-rises, enabling persistent, recurring bed bug infestations. Addressing this global technical gap, Nobedbugs-HK independently engineered the world’s exclusive thermal treatment system and custom operating procedures tailored specifically for high-rise complexes, delivering a transformative solution to this decades-long industry pain point.

A radical departure from traditional chemical pesticide applications, this proprietary technology leverages physical high-temperature treatment to penetrate the most concealed structural recesses. It eliminates 95% of all bed bug life stages—adults, nymphs and deeply embedded eggs—to sever their reproductive cycle at the root. Complemented by the brand’s exclusive formulations, the treatment creates a long-lasting residual protective barrier that blocks cross-unit bed bug migration from adjacent premises. Unlike chemical-based extermination, high-temperature thermal treatment leaves zero chemical residues, generates no indoor contamination and poses no harm to human occupants, rendering it ideal for residential complexes, hotels, office towers and shopping malls. It resolves the core challenges of bed bug remediation in high-rise buildings with unmatched precision, with no comparable technology or service available globally to date.

Over 10,000 Cases Inform Standardised Service Protocols

Real-world case outcomes serve as the ultimate metric for gauging technological performance. Many industry players offer no efficacy guarantees and provide virtually non-existent after-sales support, leaving clients burdened with recurring infestations and repeated service fees. To date, Nobedbugs-HK has completed over 10,000 bed bug remediation projects solely within Hong Kong, serving residential properties, five-star hotels, corporate office towers and chain enterprises across diverse urban residential and commercial environments. Backed by its proprietary thermal treatment technology and standardised construction workflows, the brand maintains a flawless 100% permanent eradication track record across all cases, effectively suppressing bed bug resurgence with zero treatment failures. Its proven track record of thousands of successful cases has countered widespread industry malpractice, earning widespread acclaim and positive client testimonials across Hong Kong’s online forums and social media platforms.

Beyond its core treatment technology, mainstream commercial pest control products lack targeted efficacy against bed bugs’ unique nesting and reproductive traits, a key driver of recurring infestations. Generic formulations fail to counter the pests’ elusive hiding instincts and rapid breeding cycles, drastically diminishing treatment outcomes. Drawing on data accumulated from over 10,000 field cases, Nobedbugs-HK independently develops and manufactures custom bed bug control formulations. Iteratively refined for deployment across diverse global environments, these safe, non-toxic and long-lasting products are widely recognised by industry practitioners as the gold standard for bed bug mitigation. The brand delivers bespoke, meticulous bed bug eradication solutions tailored for Hong Kong residents, standing in stark contrast to competing service providers that offer minimal after-sales support.

Industry specialists identify two critical barriers to effective bed bug control: the stringent technical requirements for densely populated premises and the complete elimination of infestations at their source—two persistent flaws that have hindered conventional pest control operations for years. Armed with its one-of-a-kind global thermal treatment technology, in-house proprietary formulations, international operational insights and thousands of successful remediation cases, Nobedbugs-HK comprehensively rectifies the shortcomings of traditional extermination models. Beyond providing permanent relief for household and commercial bed bug infestations, the brand has established a new universal benchmark for the global bed bug control industry.

Vinhomes Advances Two ESG++ Mega-Projects, Shaping Sustainable Urban Development From North To South Vietnam

Source: Media Outreach

With a combined footprint of over 9,000 hectares, the twin developments, Vinhomes Green Paradise in the south and Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long in the north, position Vietnam’s real estate sector at the forefront of next-generation ESG++ urbanism, where nature regeneration, smart governance and human-centric design converge at unprecedented scale.

HO CHI MINH CITY / QUANG NINH, VIETNAM – Media OutReach Newswire – 24 July 2026 – Vinhomes, Vietnam’s leading residential developer, is advancing a new generation of sustainable urban development with two landmark mega-projects located at the country’s northern and southern gateways.

As Vietnam emerges as a global investment destination, Vinhomes is pioneering a new generation of ESG++ cities designed for people, nature and the future.

Spanning a combined area exceeding 9,000 hectares, Vinhomes Green Paradise (2,870 hectares) in Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long (6,200 hectares) in Quang Ninh province embody the company’s ESG++ philosophy, an approach that extends beyond conventional sustainability to actively regenerate nature while integrating smart urban governance and human-centered design.

A New Generation of Cities Where Growth and Nature Advance Together

As Vietnam strengthens its position as one of Asia’s fastest-growing investment destinations, attracting record levels of foreign direct investment and a new generation of international professionals, Vinhomes is pioneering an urban development model that positions nature restoration as the foundation of long-term economic resilience and social prosperity.

According to the World Economic Forum, resilient, nature-positive cities are becoming essential to long-term economic competitiveness as climate resilience, public health and quality of life increasingly influence investment decisions. The Urban Land Institute’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate reports consistently identify sustainability, wellness and resilient mixed-use communities as among the strongest drivers of real estate value creation worldwide.

Recognizing this shift, Vinhomes has embraced a philosophy that extends beyond conventional ESG implementation. The company believes sustainable prosperity requires continuously regenerating nature rather than simply preserving what already exists, a vision that has evolved into what it calls an ESG++ approach, combining environmental restoration, smart urban governance and human-centered development at an unprecedented scale.

Vinhomes Green Paradise: A Coastal Urban Wonder in the South

Situated beside the UNESCO-recognised 75,000-hectare Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve, Vinhomes Green Paradise became the first Official Participant recognised by New7Wonders for the global campaign “7 Wonders of Future Cities.” The 2,870-hectare development maintains an exceptionally low construction density of just 16%, allowing the majority of the masterplan to remain dedicated to greenery and water.

An 800-hectare natural seawater lagoon forms the ecological heart of the development, while its 121-kilometre shoreline creates one of the world’s most distinctive coastal urban landscapes. IoT, artificial intelligence and big data are embedded throughout governance, environmental monitoring and city operations to optimise sustainability and improve everyday urban management. The project integrates internationally benchmarked healthcare, education, senior living, culture, sports and entertainment into a comprehensive ecosystem designed to support every stage of life.

Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long: A Waterfront Megacity in the North

Hundreds of kilometres to the north, Vinhomes is advancing the same philosophy at an even larger scale. Officially breaking ground in April 2026, Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long spans more than 6,200 hectares, making it one of the largest coastal urban developments in Asia. Positioned directly alongside UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ha Long Bay, the project occupies one of the most extraordinary waterfront locations anywhere in the world.

Rather than maximising built density, the masterplan emphasises ecological regeneration. More than 2,500 hectares are dedicated to forests, wetlands and water landscapes, including 680 hectares of naturally filtered sea, 200 kilometres of white-sand coastline, and over 660 hectares of Globe Ha Long Forest Park, creating a vast regenerative ecosystem that complements the surrounding World Heritage environment.

The development is also envisioned to pursue the newly introduced ISO 37125 standard for sustainable urban development, reflecting an ambition to align with an emerging international benchmark for future ESG cities.

The project features a comprehensive “all-in-one” urban ecosystem: six residential districts, including exclusive island communities surrounded entirely by the sea, are complemented by seven globally benchmarked ecosystem clusters spanning culture, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, sports and financial services.

Large-scale amenities include a 60,000-seat waterfront performance arena, the Wonder Theatre, an international convention centre, extensive hospitality facilities, international-standard golf courses, a world-class marina, an integrated shopping mall, professional sports facilities, Vinmec healthcare services, international education institutions, and a new central business district designed to attract global talent and investment.

The same integrated philosophy underpins Vinhomes Green Paradise, where ecological preservation, advanced technology and community wellbeing are designed to reinforce one another within a highly resilient coastal environment.

Collectively, these two mega-projects demonstrate how ESG can evolve beyond regulatory compliance to become a comprehensive framework for urban development, one capable of strengthening Vietnam’s international competitiveness not only as one of Asia’s fastest-growing economies but also as a destination for sustainable living and long-term investment. Instead of viewing environmental protection as a constraint on growth, Vinhomes positions nature restoration as the foundation of long-term economic resilience, social prosperity and global appeal.
