The Thirty-Third Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) was held in Manila, Philippines, on 23 July 2026. The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, under the ASEAN 2026 Chairship theme of “Navigating Our Future, Together”.The Meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers and Representatives of all ARF Participants, as well as the Secretary-General of ASEAN.
